Thank you for choosing our real estate referral network services. We aim to provide you with exceptional value and assistance in your real estate business. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our one-time setup fee.
1. One-Time Setup Fee:
– We charge a one-time setup fee of $299 and $499 depending on the package the realtor chooses, It will be payable upon registration for our services. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with setting up your account and providing access to our referral network.
2. Refund Eligibility:
– Refunds for the one-time setup fee are only applicable if the realtor don’t get any leads from Lead Lynx in the next 60 days after they signup and their account has been activated.
– Refunds will not be granted based on the quality or outcome of the leads provided, as long as we deliver the promised number of leads.
3. Refund Process:
– To request a refund, you must provide documented evidence of successfully closing a deal resulting from our referral network within a reasonable timeframe.
– Please submit your refund request via email to our customer support team at support@empressiva.com, including relevant documentation such as sales agreements, closing statements, or commission statements.
– Once we receive your request and verify the provided documentation, we will review your case and initiate the refund process if you meet the eligibility criteria.
4. Refund Amount:
– If you meet the refund eligibility criteria, you will receive a refund of the one-time setup fee, minus any applicable transaction fees or administrative charges.
– The refund will be issued using the original payment method you used for the setup fee payment.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
– Refunds will not be granted for any reasons other than successfully closing a deal through our referral network.
– If you fail to close a deal within the specified timeframe, your eligibility for a refund will expire.
– Refunds will not be issued for any recurring fees or charges associated with continued membership or additional services beyond the one-time setup fee.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy:
– We reserve the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through updates on our website.
